Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Trend Radar (the "Service") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how the Service handles data.
1. Personal Data Collection
Trend Radar does not collect direct identifiers such as sign-up data, login credentials, or email addresses.
2. Analytics (Google Analytics)
The Service uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics — such as page views and clicks — to improve the Service. No personally identifying information is collected, and data processing follows Google’s policies.
3. Advertising (Google AdSense)
The Service may display ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads), and you can opt out of third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized ads at www.aboutads.info. While no ads are served, no advertising cookies are loaded.
4. Content Data We Collect
Trend Radar collects metadata (title, summary, link) of publicly available content from RSS feeds, Reddit, Hacker News, GitHub, and similar sources. Original content is not stored.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell user data to third parties. However, Google Analytics (anonymous aggregate statistics) and Google AdSense (ad serving) described above process data under their own policies.
6. Changes
This policy may be updated as the Service evolves.
