Tool turns a website and screen recording into a launch video
Launchvid is a tool under development that automatically creates a product from a website URL and a . It pulls the logo, colors, and fonts from the website to build a . It then fits the recorded product walkthrough into prepared video and renders the finished video.
The system uses Remotion, an library for making videos with code and . Much of the polished look comes from reusing a library of video that were already designed to work well together. Because the video uses the product's real branding and interface, it can look more specific to the business than a generic template.
An early version was tested with Notion's website, while Launchvid itself is still being built and has opened a waitlist.
