Solo dev launches free companion app for cold-calling scripts
MyDialPal is a free you keep open while making . The creator built it after repeatedly blanking mid-call whenever a prospect raised an objection, even though scripts existed in a separate Google Doc that was cumbersome to flip through during a live call. The app displays scripts organized by call phase: opener, discovery, pitch, , closing, and voicemail.
It includes six of with ready-to-click responses. After a call ends, one tap logs the outcome (meeting booked, recall needed, no answer, not interested), and a follow-up recall is automatically scheduled from that same screen. It also keeps call history and basic stats.
The feature the creator is most proud of avoids building expensive AI generation in-house: instead, three prompts called "Sales Playbooks," based on proven sales , can be copied into ChatGPT, Claude, or any AI. Answering about nine questions about the business produces a full personalized script kit, which is then imported back into the app.
