Solo dev launches Laksh, an app that photo-verifies your daily goal task
A built and launched Laksh, an app that gives users one focused task per day toward a bigger goal and requires photo proof that the task was done. After answering a few questions about themselves and their goal, users get a personalized roadmap broken into a single daily task.
Completing the task requires submitting a photo, BeReal-style, which the app verifies before awarding XP, leveling the user up, and maintaining a streak. throughout the day remind users to complete their task.
The app is built with React, TypeScript, and Capacitor for iOS and Android, uses Supabase for auth and data storage, a Fast, and Claude for generating roadmaps and verifying photos. It is currently live on the App Store in the US only, with an Android version planned for worldwide launch soon.
