Dev built an AI coach app after to-do lists failed his ADHD
A developer whose ADHD made standard to-do apps ineffective built Impetus, an AI designed to help people actually start and finish tasks instead of just listing them. The app talks with the user to work through what's blocking them and get them moving. It's built with and a Claude-powered coaching layer on top.
The app is currently in beta: iOS testers can join via , and Android testers join a Google Group before opting into testing. Early ('founding') testers get free access through the beta period and 50% off for life afterward.
