Credential Pools not rotating between multiple Codex accounts when one hits its cap
A user tried the feature in to combine two paid OpenAI accounts (plus a separate 48-month free account). They registered both paid accounts and confirmed via the 'Hermes Auth List' command that both showed up correctly.
However, once the first account hit its usage cap, the system did not automatically switch over to the second pooled account as expected — instead it just showed an error state. The setup runs on a spare Windows PC using the '' command, accessed either through the or by remoting into the machine.
