Hermes Agent install may coincide with Windows browser hangs
On a Windows 11 AI laptop, Chrome, Edge, and Opera stopped loading websites normally after was installed. A first page may open, but the next page can hang while the tab keeps showing a . In other cases, the browser stays on a blank screen and never finishes loading.
