A GitHub issue workflow for Claude Code sessions
Claude Code can manage feature work and bug fixes by using as the main work record. When are unclear, Claude first asks questions to define the goal and scope. Plans, progress notes, and decisions are added as comments inside the issue, so the work history stays in one place.
