A simple home network setup for a garage server space

The home lab setup uses a Ubiquiti , an 8-port , and a TP-Link . The fiber connection is extended toward the garage, and the helps connect that fiber line to regular .

The internet service is Fios 1 gigabit, with many Cat6 cables installed around the space. The setup also includes a generic patch panel, rails, shelves, and power .

A few old basic switches are still present but not connected. The equipment sits on lumber from Lowe’s instead of a purpose-built server rack.
