Gemini received a selfie with a note that the person was going to the barber. It then created an image with black hair, even though that change was not requested.

It also made up a drink conversation as if drinks were a reward after the haircut. The original input was only a selfie and a simple barber note, but Gemini added a hair-color change and a social scene on its own.
