Claude adds Reflect to show how you use it over time
Claude’s new feature reviews past chat activity and summarizes how the service has been used. It shows common topics, repeated usage s, the kinds of tasks handled, and the times when Claude was used most.
The review period can be set to the past 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. A future update will also show the total amount of time spent using Claude.
