Claude users are unsure how to get promised API credits
Anthropic previously said that the agent SDK would no longer be free under , and it mentioned as part of that change. Subscribers were supposed to receive an email explaining how to get those . It is unclear whether people actually received that email.
There also does not seem to be an obvious place in the product where subscribers can opt in or claim the credits. The main issue is that Claude subscribers do not know how to access a benefit they expected to receive.
