A real Claude workflow for construction tender work

Claude is being used as an admin assistant in construction rather than mainly as a coding tool. The main workspace is Co-Work, not Claude Code, and the workflow depends heavily on s. One central skill reviews chats once a week and suggests improvements to existing skills or ideas for new ones.
